If you are looking to obtain a Return Material Authorization # (RMA) to send your pump in for service, please note that we are experiencing delays for in-house service jobs, and current turnaround time is between 10-12 weeks.
Do you need a solution sooner? Here are some options:

If you still feel sending your pump in for service is the best option for you and need an RMA# please download a copy of our current DOC form and send the completed form to service.ex@leybold.com. By having the DOC on file we are able to issue your RMA request more quickly.
