Our exchange service provides you with a certified, rebuilt pump in exchange for your pump, to ensure minimum downtime and impact on your operations. Our pumps are refurbished by factory-trained technicians, using original OEM parts, and come with a 1-year warranty. What pumps can I exchange?

• Pumps must match the material number of pumps on the exchange list. However, we are happy to discuss a pump you have that isn't listed. Contact sales.ex@leybold.com for further information regarding your pump.

My pump has recently stopped working. Can I exchange it?

• Yes, we can send exchanges for pumps that have recently stopped working or have reduced performance (or for pumps that are working but are due for service).

What's the warranty on the exchange pump?

• 12 months (same as a new pump). Exchanged pumps are refurbished to "like new" condition.

How soon can I receive an exchange?

• Exchanges ship within two days ARO.

How soon do I need to return my core pump?

• Your core pump must be returned within 30 days of receipt of exchange pump.
